I understand that life happens. However, as a small business, cancellations and no shows can really hurt me. As a courtesy , please remember to call/ text me as soon as you know you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. All cancellations within the 24 hours or on the same-day as of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services. All No-Shows will result in a 100% charge for scheduled services.
